Led the comprehensive end-to-end redesign of digital experiences for WestJet credit card holders and loyalty members, enhancing user engagement across six product channels while gamifying the climb towards elite airline status.
Designed and implemented a new button style for guests checking in online, which when integrated into the checked baggage purchase interface, generated an estimated revenue increase of $961K in the first eight months of 2024.
Single-handedly created an emails-specific design system that is compatible with 72 device, browser and email client combinations, delivering a consistent email marketing experience to 6.96 million WestJet members.
